On the M5 Motorway in the direction of Budapest the offramp of the Szeged north interchange at chainage 159 will expectedly be closed between 17th and 26th October 2026 due to road surface repair works. AKA Ltd. kindly asks road users to exercise patience due to the traffic restrictions caused by the repairs.
The repairs will expectedly start on 17th October 2026 on the aforementioned section. On the M5 Motorway in the direction of Budapest the offramp of the Szeged north interchange at chainage 159 will be closed. During this period leaving the M5 Motorway will be possible at the Szeged west interchange at chainage 166 or the Balástya interchange at chainage 147. Temporarily installed yellow signs guide travelers during the repair works. The repair works are expected to be completed by 26th September 2026. A speed limit of 100 km/h is to be expected within the aforementioned section.
