On the M5 Motorway in the direction of Röszke state border the onramp of the Szeged west interchange at chainage 166 will expectedly be closed between 21st August and 1st September 2025 due to road surface repair works. AKA Ltd. kindly asks road users to exercise patience due to the traffic restrictions caused by the repairs.
The repairs will expectedly start on 21st August 2025 on the aforementioned section. On the M5 Motorway in the direction of Röszke state border the onramp of the Szeged west interchange at chainage 166 will be closed. During this period entering the M5 Motorway will be possible at the Szeged north interchange at chainage 159 or the Szeged south interchange at chainage 173. Temporarily installed yellow signs guide travelers during the repair works. Travel towards Szeged for traffic leaving at the Szeged west interchange will be possible via a detour route, keeping to the right at the end of the offramp and then turning around at the first roundabout. The repair works are expected to be completed by 1st September 2025. A speed limit of 100 km/h is to be expected within the aforementioned section.
